A Sticky Story is an inspiring children’s book that aims to help children handle hard things well. A group of children go on an adventure and find their safe space — the porch — and learn physical and emotional tools to help them deal with their emotions. Since I wasn’t involved in the illustration or cover of the book — it’s illustrated by the talented Courtney Monday — I wanted to make sure I honored the color palette and vibe she came up with with the marketing materials. Using hand-drawn elements to portray playfulness and let the full-color illustrations shine, I created a suite of marketing materials that their team could use to promote the book all over the world!
